In November of 2009, I tried my first electric cigarette - a Joye 510 - and told my wife, "I could smoke this!" After smoking a pack-and-a-half to two packs a day of Marlboro Lights for 25 years, I had tried to quit dozens of times, utilizing practically every method out there. After finishing up the pack of Marlboro Lights I had been smoking, I never bought another tobacco cigarette again. The electric cigarette wasn't exactly the same, but it was close enough for me!

I got ripped off on my first Joye 510 starter kit; I paid $100 for the kit to a guy selling them out of the trunk of his car. Although I paid far too much, it was the best $100 I have ever spent! Already being an owner of another e-commerce site, I decided to start sourcing places to purchase e-cigarettes from in bulk so that I could offer others the same product that I found so incredible at a much better price than I had paid.

We have tried more than twenty five different makes and models and have narrowed the list of the products that we carry down to only the best electric cigarettes made. Rather than basing our electric cigarette prices solely on what others are selling them for, we base our prices on what our actual costs are. We make a modest profit and try to pass any savings we receive from promotions or manufacturer sales down to our customers.

Even though there are thousands of people like me who have stopped smoking tobacco cigarettes in favor of electric cigarettes, this does not mean that an electric cigarette is a smoking cessation device; it is simply an alternative to smoking. Even if a person never lowers their nicotine level, at least they can feel better about their "vaping" habit, knowing that they are not inhaling the more than 4,000 chemicals and 40 known carcinogens released via the combustion of traditional tobacco cigarettes. Not having stinky clothes, ashtrays and breath is always a welcome plus, too!

We have created this electric cigarette website in an attempt to help those who would like to have an alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes. We do have our own selfish motivation for offering our discount electric cigarette prices; we believe that there has never been anything created for smokers as an alternative to cigarettes that even comes close to electric cigarettes. The more people there are out there smoking electric cigarettes, the stronger the electric cigarette community will be in fighting the tobacco and pharmaceutical industry-funded special interest groups' attempts to get rid of these revolutionary devices.
